Return policy

You have a cooling off period of seven (7) days after receiving the product to let the company know, that you have changed your mind and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. When ordering multiple products and separate delivery thereof, the cooling off period starts at the receipt of the last product in your order.

Limited Warranty

Subject to such above mentioned liability, (i) Kairos Hof Energy will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage of any kind (including attorney fees) howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise; and (ii) Kairos Hof Energy maximum aggregate liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to Kairos Hof Energy in respect of the product(s) in question.

Our products are not for resale. We will take punitive measures in events, we find customers leverage on reselling our products for personal gain.
